Wooden Soap Dish

Soap dishes significantly extend the life of your soap, and it’s also possible to extend the life of your handcrafted, natural wood soap dish!

To extend the life of your soap dish, use soap dishes in pairs. Use one soap dish for 2-3 weeks, then gently wipe clean with a damp cloth and set aside to let it fully dry out. Use the second dish for 2-3 weeks while the first dish dries out, and then alternate them this way. Allowing dishes to fully dry out every few weeks will prevent mold and mildew from developing and it will prevent the wood from becoming waterlogged and rotting. This will greatly increase the life of a soap dish!
